There are 7 sites in King County for people who cannot safely
isolate at home or who do not have a home
• Provides meal, transportation, and medical care
• Call 1-800-756-5437 or email us at: chap@kingcounty.gov (community
health and partnerships)
• Community Health and partnerships will provide assistance for
people who test positive, and for people who need help due to COVID
(whether they test positive or not – i.e. grocery assistance due to
lack of income, housing assistance, etc.)
• If an organization is interested in vaccine rollout, there is a
form to be considered that you can fill out, currently available in
10 languages. This form will soon be available at www.kingcounty.gov/COVID, but
for now email coronavirus@kingcounty.gov
to request the form.
